In August 2024. The leadership of the IPC in Astana held working meetings at the embassies of Azerbaijan, Turkey and the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination "TIKA". At the meetings, representatives of the IPC and these organizations discussed the possibilities of cooperation and partnership to resolve disputes on the appeals of citizens of these countries and the implementation of projects on mediation and legal advice and protection.

On July 17, 2024, a delegation of fellow MPC mediators from Azerbaijan and Turkey visited Astana in order to exchange experiences and study the Kazakh mediation model. The head of the MPC organized a cordial meeting of colleagues and a number of events and visits by the delegation. An international round table on mediation was held with the participation of managers, internal mediators and ombudsmen of the Samruk-Kazyna Foundation and a round table at the Ministry of Culture and Information, where Zhandilda Zhakupov remotely moderated the events.
The delegation also visited the branch of the IPC in Astana. An excursion and cultural program in Astana for foreign colleagues was organized for the guests.

The International Summer School of Mediation was held in Almaty from August 25 to 29, 2024. This event brought together professional mediators and experts from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, the USA and Germany, providing a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

Over the course of five days, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills through training sessions and practical seminars. The program included trainings on mediation techniques, peculiarities of legal regulation and resolution of cross-border disputes. These topics are especially relevant in modern conditions of globalization and international conflicts.

One of the highlights of the event were excursions to the natural attractions of Kazakhstan such as the Charyn and Black canyons, Lake Kolsai, the mountain ski resort "Shymkent" and the alpine skating rink "Medeu". These trips allowed the participants to enjoy the beauty of the Kazakh nature, helped to attract interest in the tourist places of Kazakhstan.

The International Summer School of Mediation demonstrated the importance of continuing and expanding professional cooperation in the field of mediation. The support and development of such initiatives contribute to the strengthening of international relations and professional development of negotiators, as well as the popularization of the institute of mediation in general.
