The ICHR, in partnership with the NGO "Social Project Management," is participating in the implementation of a state social order on mediation, which aims to promote the institution of mediation and conduct a comprehensive set of events for dispute resolution. Within this project, ICHR Head and trainer-mediator Zhandilda Zhakupov conducts informative lectures on mediation for college students in Almaty. The lectures were attended by students from Almaty Kazakh Humanitarian and Pedagogical Colleges No. 1 and No. 2, the Almaty College of Service and Technology, the Almaty Polytechnic College, the College of Architecture, Design and Engineering, the Economic College of Narhoz University, the Republican Higher Medical College, the College of the International Academy of Business, and others. Students actively participate in such events, showing interest in conflict resolution methods and professional negotiation tools.
