From September 26 to October 4, 2026, ICHR mediators visited the USA (Washington and New York) as part of an international educational internship themed "Modern US Justice Model: Courts, Notary Practice, and Alternative Dispute Resolution." The group visited the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Manhattan, the Center for Legal Innovation, the New York City Bar Association, the Montgomery County Conflict Resolution Center, and the Washington Notary Public Association. Mediators and lawyers shared their experience and discussed the features of the legal systems of Kazakhstan and the USA. The internship program also includes sightseeing tours and shopping.
