In October 2026, a 4-day training was held at the House of Friendship in Almaty on the topic: "International mediation experience, public dialogue, and new opportunities for political stability. Tools of a modern mediator: approaches and capabilities of artificial intelligence in resolving interethnic disputes." This training was conducted by Zhandilda Zhakupov, an international-class trainer-mediator and practicing mediator; Aida Zamanbekova, a trainer-mediator and psychologist; and Khalbuvi Sharifbaeva, a trainer-mediator and retired judge. Leaders of ethno-cultural associations participated in the training and received certificates. The training program included the fundamentals of ethno-conflictology, the negotiation process, mediation, and negotiator tools for resolving disputes and conflicts.
