On October 9, 2026, a webinar for mediators of Azerbaijan was held, organized as part of the activities of the Central Asian Consortium of Mediators. The webinar was dedicated to the Kazakhstan model of mediation, with Zhandilda Zhakupov, Head of the ICHR, acting as the speaker. He told his Azerbaijani colleagues about the mediation legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the features of the mediation process, mediator documentation, and the specifics of criminal, family, and civil mediation in our republic. A working visit of Azerbaijani mediators to Kazakhstan is scheduled for December to exchange experience and improve professional qualifications.
