An interactive training-dialogue titled "Hearing Each Other — Acting Together" was held at the regional office of "Adal Azamat – Belsendi Qogam" on the platform of the Civil Alliance of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Representatives of public associations took part in the open meeting. The participants discussed important topics:
? mediation and peaceful settlement of disputing situations;
? dialogue between generations;
? culture of communication, behavior, and relationships;
? mutual respect and understanding;
? joint public initiatives and actions.
The interactive format allowed participants not only to exchange views, but also to analyze real-life situations, discuss the causes of disagreements, and get acquainted with mediation tools and ways to find compromise. Zurya Akhmetovna Shatikova, Honorary Mediator of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chairperson of the Public Association "Akzhaiyk Tamyry," spoke about mediation.
The main outcome of the meeting is the understanding that age, life experience, and different views should not divide people. An open and respectful dialogue helps us hear each other, find common ground, join forces, and jointly solve socially significant tasks.
