On July 15, 2026, mediators from the Mediation Centers of Kazakhstan (IHRC), Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan underwent training on commercial mediation. The speaker of the training was Diyorbek Kimsanov, Director of the Tashkent Mediation Center, mediator, and arbitrator. The purpose of the training is to develop the professional competencies and practical skills of participants for the effective resolution of commercial disputes using mediation. The tasks of the training:

• to familiarize participants with the principles, stages, and features of commercial mediation,

• to teach negotiation techniques and methods of working with the interests of the parties,

• to develop skills in identifying and managing conflicts in a commercial environment,

• to build the ability to generate mutually beneficial solutions,

• to increase the level of neutrality, active listening, and trust between the parties in the mediation process.

Upon completion of the training, the participants expressed great gratitude to the speaker, and they will be issued certificates of completion for this training topic.
