Honored Mediator of the IPC in Uralsk, Zauresh Akhmetovna Shatikova, together with representatives of the trade union, conducted an outreach mediation meeting at a district hospital aimed at preventing and resolving conflicts in the healthcare sector.

The participants of the meeting were healthcare professionals who raised questions regarding labor, family, and social disputes that arise in the course of their professional activities, as well as in family and everyday life.

Conflicts in the medical field occur quite frequently. These may include disputes involving healthcare workers, issues related to medical services provided, or other matters connected with healthcare. Private medical clinics, public hospitals, polyclinics, and other healthcare organizations may become parties to such conflicts.

In order to resolve disputes quickly, maintain confidentiality, and minimize costs, parties often seek the assistance of mediators. During the mediation process, a mediation agreement is concluded, and if the issue is resolved successfully, a settlement agreement is signed in accordance with the mediation procedure.

The settlement agreement is subject to voluntary but mandatory fulfillment under the terms and within the timeframes specified therein.
