Objective:
To master the art of creating flawless documentation that transforms mediation into a powerful legal instrument.
Training Goals:
- To eliminate the risks of challenging mediation agreements by ensuring the maximum enforceability of obligations undertaken by the Parties.
- To develop practical skills for working with difficult participants and third parties when inviting them to mediation.
- To learn how to record unusual and/or sensitive information while maintaining complete confidentiality and complying with mediation legislation requirements.
