The Center received a letter of appreciation addressed to the head of the MPC branch in the city of Semey from Baidalina Raziya Gafurovna.

She expressed her sincere gratitude for the activities of MPC and for the high professional level of the employees and representatives of the Republican Public Association MPC.

She especially noted the work of the mediator of Semey, Shapiyev Makat Zhumashevich, who helped resolve a long-standing conflict situation that had lasted for 20 years.

Thanks to his professionalism, persistence, experience, and ability to conduct negotiations between the parties, the parties reached an agreement.
