On December 5, 2025, the head of the IPC, Zhakupov Zhandilda, a professional mediator coach, held a training seminar for students of nine universities in Almaty. The event was held in KazUIR&WL and was dedicated to mediation and effective conflict resolution. The participants actively engaged in the work, asked questions and analyzed practical cases in teams. The students were also introduced to the rules of the "Young Negotiator" competition, which Zhandilda Azhigalievich plans to hold before the end of this year.
