From November 26 to 28, the head of the MPC, Zhandilda Zhakupov, conducted an online course for future mediation trainers. The course aimed to develop skills in conducting training sessions, analyzing conflict situations, and applying mediation techniques in a professional environment.

Participants learned the structure of a training session, received tools for working with group dynamics, and examined practical cases for dispute resolution.

At the end of the course, participants completed a final assessment and were awarded certificates as mediation trainers.
