From November 17 to 21, the head of the MPC, Zhandilda Zhakupov, conducted a seminar-training for school principals in Almaty. The event was attended by more than 200 leaders of state educational institutions from eight districts of the city.

During the seminar, participants completed a master class on negotiation techniques and discussed practical cases on resolving interethnic conflicts in the school environment. The initiative aims to strengthen the culture of peace and harmony within educational communities.

At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
