On November 7, 2025, at the “House of Friendship” in the West Kazakhstan Region, MPC mediator Zauresh Shatikova proposed more active use of the mediation procedure and the development of its awareness in cases of university conflicts, divorces at civil registry offices, labor disputes, in military units, and schools. On behalf of the elders of the region and the city, she also initiated holding meetings and presentations with mediators.
