On November 21-22, 2024, a seminar on "Effective communications" was held at the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Konaev. The event was organized for civil servants.
Zhandilda Azhigalievich Zhakupov, an international-class mediator coach, delivered a report on the event in the state language. During the event, participants studied modern methods of interaction with the media, analyzed practical examples, and also participated in interactive discussions and group work.
Special attention was paid to the issues of building a trusting dialogue with the media and effective presentation of government initiatives through media channels. The participants noted the practical value of the acquired knowledge and the active learning format.
The seminar was an important step in improving the professional training of civil servants in a rapidly changing information space.
