On October 31, NGS High School hosted a training on "Conflict Management in the educational environment. Mediation competence for dispute resolution". The event was hosted by Zhandilda Azhigalievich Zhakupov, an international mediator, who shared with the participants his knowledge and experience in the field of mediation and conflict resolution.
During the training, the key aspects of mediation competence that are necessary for successful dispute resolution in the educational environment were highlighted. Zhakupov Zh.A. presented the basic principles and strategies of mediation that can be applied by teachers and school leaders to create a more constructive and safe atmosphere in the educational process. The participants received practical tools for conflict prevention and effective resolution, learned approaches to dealing with difficult situations and analyzed real-world examples from practice.
The training has become an important step for teachers and administrative staff of the school, seeking to improve communication skills and develop mediation competence to create a harmonious educational environment.
