The international  rights center has been providing legal and mediation assistance for 22 years, and has extensive practical experience in conducting training events and conducting mediation procedures. Center on a regular basis to improve the legislation on mediation sent to the competent Central and local Executive bodies, Majilis and Senate, President Administration etc. The center took an active part in the work of working groups of Ministries and the Senate on the development of a draft law on mediation and alternative dispute resolution. The Ministry of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed gratitude to the head of the Center Zhakupov Zh. А. for his contribution to the development of the Institute of mediation and for his initiative in making changes and additions to the legislation.
