On may 24, the mediation center of RPA ICPR together with professional mediator Ruzanna Esentemirova held an online webinar on the topic: "Mediation by phone". The speaker of the webinar was a University Professor, an American mediator of the Supreme and Appellate courts of the United States with 23 years of experience  Frank Laney (Carolina). The webinar was attended by 80 professional mediators of the ICPR and other organizations of mediators. At a training event dismantled the capabilities and features of the telephone mediation, procedure of mediation in the United States, payment terms of work of the mediator, the interaction of mediators with the courts and other issues. The participants of the event expressed their gratitude for the new knowledge on mediation, which is of great importance in modern conditions.
