On may 15, an online conference of professional mediators and branch managers of the ICPR and center  of mediation was held. The conference discussed issues of conducting online mediation, features of conducting mediation in a remote format, the work plan for the next quarter, expected changes in legislation on mediation, proposals to the bill being developed in the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Zhandilda Zhakupov, the head of the ICPR, mediator-trainer, held a seminar for mediators on online mediation.
