A meeting of non-governmental organizations with the Minister of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, organized by the mayor's office of Almaty, was held in the house of friendship in Almaty. At the meeting, the head of the ICPR Zhakupov Zhandilda spoke about the problematic issues of the development of the Institute of mediation: the need to legislate the competence of the state body in the field of mediation, the creation of a Unified Association of mediators of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expanding the scope of conciliation procedures and mediation, the introduction of mandatory information conversations with the mediator on labor, family, land disputes, when committing criminal and administrative offenses, etc.  Minister A. Balayeva took into account all these issues, thanked for the contribution to the development of the Institute of mediation and assured that in the near future the Ministry will take all necessary measures for the further development of the Institute of mediation and conciliation procedures.
