On May 30, 2025, a professional mediator Aimaganbetova Ainur took part in the republican action "People's Lawyer" and held a reception for citizens on mediation issues. At the event, she explained the mediation procedure, its essence and principles, as well as the procedure for conducting it.  MPC mediators take part in explanatory and informational events on an ongoing basis.

On April 28, 2025, the Mediation Center of the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov held an important event for students of the faculties of Law and Law Enforcement on the topic "Mediation – the path of peacemaking and reconciliation", which was attended by the mediator of the International Human Rights Center Kozhakhmetov N. K.
The main goal of mediation is to achieve a mutually beneficial and mutually acceptable agreement that will equally satisfy both sides and reduce the level of conflict. The professional mediator of the IPC, N. Kozhakhmetov, explained to the students about the application of mediation procedures in civil and criminal disputes, including family disputes. He spoke about how mediators work and how mediation procedures are effectively carried out in any disputes that can be mediated. Future lawyers were invited to become mediators or take mediation courses to expand their competence. The topic of the event was vigorously discussed, and answers to the questions were received.

From April 9 to 18, 2025, a business trip to Japan took place under the program "System of Advocacy, Notary and Mediation. The Japanese experience". As part of this trip, IPC lawyers and mediators visited the Wayside School of Law, where they studied the Japanese Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system. Visits were also made to the Japanese Notary Association, the District Court, the Human Rights Education Center, etc. legal organizations. Many thanks to the head of the trip, representative of the international company ESET, mediator of the IPC Astana Golovina Clara Maksutovna and mediator of the IPC Akmola region Eszhanova Farida for the presentation of the IPC in Japan. National gifts and souvenirs from Kazakhstan were presented at the meetings.

The mediators of the IPC and lawyers of the Almaty region, led by the founder of the IPC, Baykulov Mukhtar Kolbasevich, held a meeting with the population and provided consultations on legal and mediation issues. This meeting was held with the participation of lawyers from the Chamber of Legal Advisers of the Almaty region, law enforcement officers of the Karasai district within the framework of the campaign "Determination - reconciliation", "Legal Caravan", within the framework of the project "30 good actions - reconciliation". During the meeting, the audience was told about the importance and role of the mediation agreement, measures to combat Internet fraud, and individual consultations were given.

April 22 at Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov, with the participation of the national anti-corruption movement "Zhanaru", the Mediation Center of the Atyrau regional branch of the IPC, together with the Department of the Agency for Combating Corruption in Atyrau region, a reception was held for individuals and legal entities with the participation of local government agencies.The citizens received legal and mediation consultations.
