The MPC branch in Semey is working closely with the Juvenile Court of the city on the eve of the New Year. The branch's mediators, led by Makat Zhumashevich Shapiev, held a seminar with birthday cakes. At the seminar, mediators and judges discussed changes in legislation and issues of mediation in marriage and family relations.
